The goal of CRP Clear Mind Vision

The purpose of establishing the “CRP CLEAR MIND VISION” Association is to prevent and reduce the consumption of alcohol, drugs, and all forms of addiction by carrying out awareness initiatives that highlight the importance of prevention, education, early detection, and the promotion of a culture of responsible consumption.

In this regard, we aim to facilitate collaboration among public, private, and academic institutions, individuals, and companies, in order to jointly build a culture of responsibility, awareness, and balance in consumption.

Our work is grounded in scientific research, social empathy, and the analysis of the socio-economic impact of addictions, providing sustainable solutions through preventive education and responsible partnerships. We think globally and act locally, with the objective of empowering young people, supporting families, and contributing to the transformation of systems and mindsets.

Experience happiness

Happiness is not a matter of chance — it is often the result of both internal and external conditions. Research in positive psychology and studies on life satisfaction show that happiness does not depend solely on external circumstances; it is deeply influenced by our inner attitude and our behavior. Here are some of the most important conditions:

_______________________

Inner conditions

Acceptance of reality: Those who always live with the thought “I should…”, “I must…” reject the present and become unhappy. Happiness begins with the phrase: “It is as it is.”

Self-knowledge and personal meaning: People who know their strengths and use them experience more satisfaction and joy.

Gratitude and conscious attention: Periodically stopping and consciously observing positive moments amplifies the feeling of happiness.

Emotional connection: Love, friendship and the feeling of being needed are central factors of happiness.

Giving up comparisons: “Comparison is the end of happiness” – said Kierkegaard. Those who constantly compare themselves lose the joy of their own journey.

External Conditions

Health and Safety: A stable environment, physical well-being, and financial security are important basic factors.

Freedom and Autonomy: The ability to make decisions and shape one's own life fosters happiness.

Meaningful Activity: Work or involvement perceived as meaningful contributes strongly to personal satisfaction.

Positive Relationships: A supportive social network is often more important than material well-being.

What you can actively do

Consciously transform negative thoughts: Research shows that 40% of our happiness can be influenced by our own thinking and actions.

Don't wait for happiness - experience it: Happiness is not a destination, but an attitude. It comes through action, not possession.
